Oladipo Adedeji, or Dipo, is currently a Richard Mouw Fellow and PhD student in Clinical Psychology concentrating in neuropsychology at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. Dipo answered God’s call to mental health missions with children and adolescents while attending InterVarsity’s Urbana Missions Conference in 2012. Since that time, Dipo has enjoyed working with children, adolescents, and families in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan as a licensed pastoral counselor since 2018. As a counterbalance to the heavy weight of mental health missions, Dipo enjoys worshiping Jesus through music. He currently serves as a Worship Leader at Lake Avenue Church.
His deep love of worship music and arts began in Sunday school at the age of 4 and has spanned through several music opportunities. This includes serving as a member of Prince George’s County Honors Choir, numerous worship teams, and coordinator for multicultural worship events in several churches and Christian organizations. These include Laurel High School Gospel Choir, InterVarsity, Tower of Praise Church International, First Baptist Church of Glenarden International, Fuller Theological Seminary, Lake Avenue Church, and others. Under his stage name, Victor Adedeji, he has produced several Christian Hip Hop and Soul albums available for streaming on YouTube and Bandcamp. Most recently, he has enjoyed serving as a digital jockey for several events at Lake Avenue Church.
