Meet Grace Lee

Grant Program Director

Grace Lee is a seasoned administrator and educator with a passion for nurturing children’s spiritual and creative growth. Currently, she serves as the Grant Program Director for the Lilly Endowment project: Imagining Worship with Kids at Fuller Seminary’s Brehm Center. This role allows her to leverage her extensive experience in administration, education, and community engagement to support the spiritual formation of children.

She holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation from Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California (USC). Grace brings over 15 years of administrative experience, including office management, event coordination, project management, community engagement, logistics, and organizational skills.

Grace’s dedication to children is evident in her diverse experiences that spans over 20 years. From conducting research in the Los Angeles Unified School District to leading Sunday School classes to teaching art, writing, and music to kids in schools and studios – she also captivated audiences as a storyteller at Children’s Book World and as a Disneyland character. Her extensive work as a teacher, mentor, and community volunteer has shaped her understanding of child development, educational practices, creativity, and spirituality.

In her free time, she volunteers at her local church as a community group leader, children’s ministry teacher, and dancer in the all-age worship team. She enjoys expressing her creativity through poetry, filmmaking, music, and dance. She is a curious adventurer with a passion for travel and storytelling. With her diverse background, Grace hopes to weave a tapestry of creative expression (both in her personal and professional life) that points people to the hope and joy found in Jesus.
